The service managers were helpful and friendly. I was in for 40k service on my F-150, was told there wasn't much to it. I used to get a sheet that listed the things checked and if they were in spec. No sheet this time. There are a number of things to be inspected at 40k, the only thing they told me was they checked the brakes. Now I look at the recommended maintenance and there are a number of suspension, cooling, wheels, exhaust, transmission things to be inspected. Were they inspected? I don't know... I was able to ...

My whole experience has been great with White's Ford. When I bought the car they told me I could come back anytime, and they were going to make a repair for me for free (it was included in the price of the car). It took a little longer than expected but everybody I've worked with has been amazing and they even gave me a ride into town so I could have breakfast while I waited. I will definitely buy a car from them again, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I thought everything was in place as said it would be when we went in to look at truck. They said they would have it sitting out front and ready when we got there and it was, that was nice. Friendly people as well. There was one draw back after we bought the truck and walked out to the truck to leave. They handed me the 2 key/fobs for the truck, I must have switched to the one that we didn't use the whole time because the fob I tried didn't work. It would start the truck but ...

I've known several of the employees for a number of years. Wouldn't want to purchase my vehicles anywhere else. Staffing in the service department has changed quite a bit in the last few years. That is a little disappointing.

They were total professionals. It was just a costly experience. Fixed what I needed and wasn't pushed into anything else.
The service representatives were efficient and very polite. Someone even helped me work the Keurig coffee maker. The lady at the cashier office helped me apply my points so I got my tires rotated for free.
